Our Vision
To become one of Bangladesh’s most trusted destinations for watches, recognized for honest guidance, quality products, and lasting customer relationships.
We started as a repair bench. We became a watch house because we wanted to sell only the watches we’d be proud to service for decades.
At The Time, we believe a watch is more than a timepiece — it’s a reflection of who you are, your journey, and the moments that matter. Our mission and vision guide everything we do, from the products we curate to the service we provide.
To become one of Bangladesh’s most trusted destinations for watches, recognized for honest guidance, quality products, and lasting customer relationships.
To help every customer find the right watch for their needs, style, and budget through honest advice, transparent pricing, personalized service, and dependable after-sales care.
Carefully selected, quality-focused timepieces.
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Clear and transparent advice.
Support beyond your purchase.
Before a watch is listed on The Time, one of our watchmakers opens it, checks the movement on a timing machine and assesses the finishing under a loupe. If it doesn’t meet our standard, we don’t sell it — however good the photographs look.
When your order ships, the watch is regulated again, cleaned, and packed by hand in our New York atelier. It’s slow. It’s also why our return rate is under two percent.
A small, considered catalog beats an endless one. We carry fewer than forty watches at a time.
No inflated “was” prices. When a watch is on sale, the discount is real and the reason is simple.
Straps, regulation, servicing and advice for as long as you own the watch — whoever you bought it from.
A two-person repair workshop opens on Mercer Street.
We begin sourcing directly from independent makers in Switzerland and Japan.
The Aurel Atelier house collection launches with a single dress watch.
Nine partner houses, one workshop and clients in eighteen countries.
